However, entry is restricted for individuals from countries subject to Canadian sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Venezuela.
Account Registration Rules
To participate, you must register for an account in person at the bingo hall. Each user is allowed only one account to ensure eligibility and participation integrity. Customers who require ID verification will be asked to present valid identification upon registration.
Identity Verification and KYC
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, identity verification is mandatory when registering and claiming prizes over C$100. You must present valid, government-issued identification to confirm both age and identity.
Account Accuracy Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that your registration details are accurate and current. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account restrictions or denial of service.
Account Security Responsibilities
You must keep your login credentials secure and protect your account from unauthorized access. Notify customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any behavior that disrupts or undermines the integrity of the gaming environment, including but not limited to:
Cheating or colluding with others.
Harassment or abusive behavior towards staff or other players.
Gambling while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention
Creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such practices may lead to account suspension or closure.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
Bonuses offered at Friends Bingo Hall are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to:
Eligibility based on first-time purchases or special promotions.
Limitations on bonus usage within a specified timeframe.
Compliance with wagering requirements, which typically involve completing playthroughs before withdrawals.
Wagering and Gameplay Conditions
Winners are paid immediately in cash, and all promotional jackpots are contingent upon specific regulations. Players are expected to participate in fair gameplay, and any violations will be addressed accordingly.
Bonus Abuse Prevention
We take bonus abuse very seriously. Activities that exploit bonuses for unfair advantage will be investigated and may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All payments at Friends Bingo Hall must be made in accordance with our accepted payment methods. Winnings are distributed directly at the hall. For amounts exceeding C$1,000, certified cheques are provided, while larger amounts may involve bank transfers.
Verification Before Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification processes to ensure compliance with our security measures. This includes confirming identity and any applicable KYC requirements.
Processing and Review Procedures
Withdrawal requests may take up to five business days for processing. All requests are carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with our policies.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions
Players can opt for self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to 5 years. During this time, account access will be restricted. We also reserve the right to restrict accounts based on disruptive behavior or violation of terms.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
